Make Your Own Papa Polar Bear kit! That's right ladies and gentlemen, we've got your step-by-step instructions on how to make your very own cute little polar bear, with accompanying penguin of course. The poles have united: North and South Poles together at last!
Included in the kit are the instructions, and enough polymer clay/materials to make 2 polar bears! This allows you to make one for practice and one for real, or you and a friend (or two kids) can make one each. And once you realize how much fun you're having you can pop out to the art store, pick up some more polymer clay, and do it all again!
We've tested these kits out on kids as young as 5, and they were able to do it with a little parental help. The 8 and 9 year olds were amazing at it, and a great time was had by all.
There are 9 steps in total, plus they have to be cooked at the end. Just 15 mins at 275 degrees in a regular old oven, or even a toaster oven will do. And that's it. Your cute little polar bears will be about as big as medium sized eggs and will be happy to carry their penguin pals around with them wherever they may roam.
